1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, booking, or using any service provided by City Pro Moving LLC (“City Pro Moving,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services

City Pro Moving provides residential and commercial moving services solely within the State of Florida. We do not provide interstate or international moves.

3. Estimates and Bookings

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final charges may vary depending on factors such as actual labor hours, materials used, access conditions, or additional services requested.

4. Deposits and Payments

A deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the estimated total is required to secure a booking.

All remaining charges, including hourly labor, truck fees, and any additional supplies, are due upon completion of the move.

Payments may be made via accepted processors, including Square and Zelle.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Deposits are fully refundable if the Customer cancels at least 48 hours before the scheduled job start time.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

City Pro Moving does not offer refunds once services have been rendered.

6. Damages and Claims

City Pro Moving takes reasonable care in handling all items. In the event of damage, the Customer must notify City Pro Moving in writing within 48 hours of completion of the move, describing the nature of the damage and providing photographs.

City Pro Moving will review each claim in good faith and may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or compensate for the damaged item in an amount not exceeding the lesser of:

(a) the item’s depreciated value, or

(b) the total amount charged for the moving service.

City Pro Moving is not liable for:

Damage to items packed by the Customer;

Pre-existing damage;

Normal wear, tear, or scratches;

Loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, traffic, mechanical breakdowns, or road closures).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, City Pro Moving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of use.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring lawful access to all pickup and delivery locations;

Providing accurate information about the items to be moved;

Securing valuables, fragile, or high-value items;

Notifying City Pro Moving of any special handling requirements before the move.

9. Force Majeure

City Pro Moving shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, accidents, government actions, or equipment failure.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Both parties waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

11. Modifications

City Pro Moving may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
